Leave the hustle of Nairobi behind as you step into your private 4×4 Land Cruiser. As we drive south into Maasai territory, watch the landscape slowly transform until the unmistakable, snow-capped peak of Mount Kilimanjaro pierces the horizon. You will arrive at the beautiful Hillstone Safari Lodge just in time for a freshly prepared lunch. As the afternoon sun begins to soften, we head out for your very first game drive in Amboseli National Park. Feel your heart race as you encounter some of the largest elephant herds in Africa, grazing peacefully with the continent’s highest mountain framing the perfect photograph.

There is nothing quite like the crisp morning air of the African bush. Wake up early to catch the mountain free of clouds and head out into the wild while predators like cheetahs and lions are most active. Mid-morning, your guide will take you up to Observation Hill. Stand at the summit and take in the panoramic views of the emerald swamps below, where hippos wade and thousands of waterbirds take flight. We will spend the whole day tracking the Big Five across the dusty, open plains before returning to the lodge for a hearty dinner and campfire stories under a canopy of stars.

Today, the scenery shifts from flat savannahs to a dramatic, rugged wilderness shaped by ancient eruptions. Welcome to Tsavo West National Park. After checking in and enjoying lunch at Tauso Tsavo Eco Lodge, we venture out to the Shetani Lava Flow—a breathtaking expanse of black volcanic rock. The highlight of your afternoon is a guided walk to the magical Mzima Springs. Step down into the glass-walled underwater viewing chamber and watch massive hippos gliding gracefully through the crystal-clear water, while crocodiles bask on the sun-drenched banks above.

We cross the highway into the vast, untamed expanse of Tsavo East National Park. This is Kenya’s largest protected area, famous for its sprawling, flat plains and the legendary “Red Elephants,” who famously coat themselves in the rust-colored volcanic soil. We will settle in at Ashnil Aruba Lodge, overlooking the Aruba Dam where animals gather to drink. Your afternoon game drive is dedicated to tracking the park’s unique predators, including leopards and the famous maneless lions of Tsavo, as they stalk prey through the arid scrubland.

Enjoy one final, exhilarating morning game drive as the sun rises over the Tsavo plains. Slowly, we leave the wilderness behind and drive toward the coast. You will know you are close when the dry heat is replaced by the refreshing, salty breeze of the Indian Ocean. Arrive at the spectacular Diani Beach and check into the Diani Sea Lodge for a mouthwatering seafood lunch. The afternoon is entirely yours. Kick off your safari boots, sink your bare feet into the warm, white sand, and dive into the turquoise waters. The ultimate relaxation has begun.

Wake up to the sound of waves crashing against the shore and enjoy a slow, tropical breakfast with ocean views. Unlike other tours that make you endure a grueling 8-hour drive back to the city, we have included a scenic one-way flight in your package. Depending on your schedule, we will transfer you to the nearby Ukunda Airstrip for a quick, beautiful flight over the landscape back to Nairobi (Wilson Airport or JKIA). You arrive refreshed, relaxed, and carrying a lifetime of memories.
