The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 60 days before your safari starts. For bookings made within 60 days of departure, 100% payment is required on confirmation. Prices are quoted in USD.

Cancellations must be sent in writing to info@cherishafricasafaris.com. 61+ days before departure: the 30% deposit is forfeited. 60–31 days: 50% of the tour cost. 30–15 days: 75%. 14 days or fewer (including no-shows): 100%. Yes — securing your visa is the traveller's responsibility. Kenya requires an approved eTA before you travel, and Tanzania requires its own visa. Your passport should be valid for at least six months beyond your departure date with blank pages.

Yes. Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all our guests and must cover trip cancellation, curtailment, emergency medical expenses and repatriation. We highly recommend cover that includes AMREF Flying Doctors evacuation from remote parks.

Our safaris start and end in Nairobi. We pick you up from your hotel, residence or the airport, and drop you off at the end of your trip.
