Fly to Lewa Conservancy
Visit Samburu National Reserve

Day 1: Arrival in Nairobi
You will be picked at the airport by a Cherish Africa Representative, who will brief you and later on transfer you to Crown Plaza hotel for your accommodation based on bed and breakfast basis. This depends on the arrival time.
Day 2: Nairobi –Lewa Conservancy
In the morning after breakfast, you will be picked from your hotel and transferred to Wilson Airport for your flight to Lewa Downs. Lewa Conservancy is located at the foot of Mt. Kenya and is the leading conservancy for rhino conservation. On arrival at the airstrip you will be picked up by your Safari driver who will transfer you to your camp.
After check – in, lunch and relaxation, you will head out for an exciting game drive in the afternoon in search of the ‘Big Five’ and other wildlife.
Return to Elewana Lewa Safari camp in the evening for Dinner and overnight.
Day 3: Lewa Full Day Exploration
You will begin your day with a delicious breakfast before heading out for a game drive in the conservancy while enjoying the stunning views. Different wildlife found here include the: rhinos, cheetahs, wild dogs, gravy’s zebra, reticulated giraffe, Somali ostrich, Generuk, Beisa oryx and many more. You will also visit the Ngare Ndare Forest which offers a very unique view of Lewa’s open savannah. It offers a good hiking area and has waterfalls with blue waterholes. You will return to the lodge/camp for lunch and leisure time as you enjoy facilities in the lodge/camp. In the afternoon, you will head out for another game drive until the sunsets.

Day 4: Lewa – Samburu National Reserve
After breakfast, you will check out of the lodge and head to Samburu National Reserve by road. Samburu National Reserve is known to have the ‘Big Five’ and the gravy’s zebra, Generuk, reticulated giraffe, dik –dik, Beisa ory, somali ostrich and many more wildlife. Arrival at the camp/lodge on time for check –in and lunch. In the late afternoon you will depart for your game drive returning to the camp as the sunsets.
Dinner and overnight at Samburu Simba lodge.
Day 5: Exploring Samburu National Park
After an early breakfast, you will Venture out in search of the big cats of Samburu and other wild species before returning to the lodge for lunch. The rest of the day is at leisure and refreshing as you get ready for your evening game drive. Your evening game drive will commerce in the afternoon where you will go out and enjoy different species of flora and fauna while the sun is setting. The Samburu Reserve is one of the most visited national parks with plenty of wildlife ranging from the rare northern specialist species such as the Grevy’s zebra, Somali ostrich, reticulated giraffe, gerenuk to the Beisa Oryx (also known as the Samburu Special Five).

Day 6: Samburu – Masai Mara Reserve
You will check – out when done with breakfast and be transferred to the airstrip for your local flight to the Great Masai Mara Reserve. After landing at Keekorok airstrip you will be met by your tour driver who will transfer you to your camp in time for check – in and lunch. You will head out on an exciting game drive in the Afternoon. Masai Mara is home to a lot of wildlife, including the annual migration of wildebeest. The Big Five, zebras, antelopes, cheetahs and many more animals
Return to Sekenani camp in the evening for Dinner and overnight.
Day 7: Full Day Masai Mara Reserve
Today shall be a game-viewing extravaganza! Maasai Mara game reserve remains the most exciting wildlife ecosystem. It is a host to the highest and most varied concentration for wild animals than any other wildlife park in the region. The scenic appeal of the tree studded savannah plains; the moderate climate and diversity of wild game species make it a one stop shop for game viewing activities. We shall traverse the Maasai Mara on a full day unlimited game viewing encountering the big five and more of the lesser game. Picnic lunch shall be by the Mara river as we watch Hippos and Crocodiles.
Return back to Sekenani camp for dinner and overnight.
Day 8: Exploring Maasai Mara
After breakfast, you will leave for a full-day game drive carrying a packed picnic lunch: The reserve is well known for its black-manned lions and is one of the few places where you have the chance to see the Big Five during an early morning game drive. Many of the cheetahs are so tame they seek shelter from the hot sun under safari vehicles and several even climb onto the roof to get a better view of prospective prey. For the bird enthusiast, almost 500 species have been recorded: among these include 16 species of eagle, many hawks and falcon, 6 species of vulture, 8 species of stork, 4 of bustard, and 9 species of sunbird.

Day 9: Return to Nairobi
Drive and head back to Nairobi in the afternoon optional city excursions depending on your departure time. Lunch or dinner at carnivore or safari park hotel they both offer the best African barbeque
